Taryn advises organizations navigating employee engagement, corporate culture, and reputation.
She helps clients articulate compelling employer brand and internal communications strategies—especially during periods of transformation or heightened stakeholder scrutiny.
Prior to joining Brunswick, Taryn led Bain & Company’s global employer brand and internal communications strategy, supporting 19,000+ employees across 65 offices. Before Bain, she held senior leadership roles at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, where she directed executive communications and external storytelling on behalf of the Dean and other senior stakeholders. Earlier in her career, she advised clients in law and financial services at boutique PR firms, and began her career as a healthcare business journalist.
Taryn holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BS in Journalism from Northwestern’s Medill School.
