Tamika is a Director based in the Washington, D.C. office where she advises clients on complex reputational, crisis, and issues-driven matters, supporting teams across the firm on high-stakes situations that require clear strategy and disciplined execution.

Tamika returns to the firm after previously serving from 2019 to 2023. Most recently, she was Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Sixth & Bryant, a strategic communications firm focused on culturally sensitive crisis, reputational, and issues management. Her background includes deep experience in issues management, litigation support, and narrative strategy, strengthening the firm’s ability to advise clients navigating sensitive and consequential challenges.
