Shannon Kirby

Shannon is a former lawyer and policy official who specializes in public affairs and regulatory issues, litigation and disputes.

Shannon joined Brunswick from the UK Government’s Ministry of Justice. During her time in government, she also worked in HM Courts & Tribunals Service to deliver a £1 billion courts transformation programme and was responsible for secondary legislation, including EU exit legislation, in the Cabinet Office. Prior to that, she was a senior lawyer in the Court of Appeal (Civil Division) and held advisory posts under Lord Neuberger, the former president of the Supreme Court and Lord Dyson, the former Master of the Rolls.

Shannon has extensive experience in foreign direct investment, multi-jurisdictional legal disputes and political strategy across a variety of sectors.
