Sebastian Urthaler

Sebastian advises clients across sectors on media, investor and stakeholder relations related to M&A, shareholder activism and restructurings, in addition to ongoing issue management.

He has advised a wide range of international and German clients. From 2021 to 2023, Sebastian served as Chief of Staff to two European Management Partners at Brunswick, working closely with leadership to develop and implement strategic priorities to support a transformational period of growth.

Before joining Brunswick in 2018, he gained experience at the state parliament of South Tyrol (Italy) and at The World Bank in Washington DC. Sebastian holds a Master’s degree from Frankfurt School of Finance & Management and a Bachelor’s degree from Zeppelin University. He was recognized as a 30u30 talent in the communications industry by PR Report in 2024.
