Sasha Reddy

Sasha Reddy is a Director based in Brunswick’s Johannesburg office. She advises clients in South Africa and the broader African continent on high-stakes corporate situations, with experience spanning cross-border M&A, capital markets, regulatory and competition matters, crisis and issues management, and cybersecurity.

Sasha is a member of Brunswick’s Cybersecurity practice, advising companies on preparedness, governance and incident response. She has counselled leading organisations through complex cyber incidents, providing strategic advice to boards and senior management on reputational, regulatory and stakeholder risk.

She joined Brunswick in 2017 and has advised companies through complex, multi-stakeholder environments. Sasha spent two years working in Sydney, Australia, where she supported some of the ASX’s top companies on complex M&A transactions, ESG-related matters and stakeholder engagement.

She holds an Honours degree in Economics and a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics and Econometrics from the University of Johannesburg.
