Roman is a Director in Brunswick’s Financial Practice.
He works with clients across sectors and specialises in M&A, activism, investor relations and financial calendar events.
Prior to joining Brunswick, Roman worked at FGS Global (formerly Sard Verbinnen & Co). He began his career at the investment bank Houlihan Lokey. He holds a master’s degree from the University of Oxford, where he was awarded a Full Blue for sporting achievement.
