Peter has been with Brunswick for 15 years and has 25+ years of experience from advising management and boards on communicating on business critical issues.
Peter works primarily with financials situations such as M&A, IPO and shareholder activism as well as on crisis and corporate positioning mandates.
Peter has a background from AMF Pension, one of Sweden’s largest pension funds, where he was head of corporate governance and from the Ministry of Industry where he spent six years at the division for state enterprises. He has a background as a journalist with Bloomberg News.
