Peter Hesse

Peter works across the Industrials & Infrastructure and Real Estate sectors, advising listed and private clients on corporate communications, crisis management, and financial communications. He has extensive expertise advising companies in shipping, aerospace, and defense, as well as real estate clients in residential, office, logistics, and commercial sub-sectors.
He has advised on numerous transactions, including M&A, IPOs, restructuring, and equity and debt issuance. This includes substantial cross-border experience involving markets in Europe, the Middle East, and North America, as well as Hong Kong and Singapore. Peter is also part of Brunswick’s global litigation and disputes communications practice, advising clients in legal proceedings, investigations, and wider disputes.
Before joining Brunswick in 2018, Peter served in the Royal Navy’s Submarine Service.
