Nick is a seasoned talent acquisition leader with over 13 years of experience in Asia.
In his role as Director, Recruitment, based in the firm’s Hong Kong office, he builds on Brunswick’s legacy as a destination for world-class talent, playing an important role in shaping the firm’s current and future leadership. Nick is responsible for driving strategic recruitment initiatives, fostering a culture of excellence, and ensuring the acquisition of top-tier talent across diverse markets including Japan, China, Singapore, Australia, and India.
With a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within the APAC region, Nick has successfully worked with the firm’s leadership to innovate Brunswick’s approach to recruitment, aligning it with the firm’s growth objectives. During his time with Brunswick, he has led searches across the firm’s sectors and practice groups.
Nick joined Brunswick in 2016 from Tardis Group, an Australian-headquartered executive search firm, where he led their APAC Company Secretariat and Compliance practice. Nick began his career with CommSec, Australia’s largest online stockbroking firm.
