Michelle counsels public and private companies on high-stakes crises spanning complex litigation, government investigations, regulatory scrutiny, and public affairs.

At Brunswick, she advises organizations navigating sensitive legal and reputational inflection points and matters carrying significant stakeholder risk. Drawing on her experience as a litigator at Latham & Watkins LLP and as Associate Counsel and Senior Manager of Vetting on the Harris–Walz Transition Team, Michelle brings deep legal judgment and political acuity to her work as a strategic communications advisor.

She previously represented clients across healthcare, financial services, and technology, crafting legal narratives that were both rigorously grounded in fact and strategically persuasive. She applies that same discipline to help Brunswick clients articulate clear, credible, and convincing positions, align communications and legal strategy, and proactively manage stakeholder perception before reputational risk materializes.

Michelle earned her J.D. and LL.M. in International Human Rights from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law and her B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles. She clerked for the Hon. Dana M. Sabraw, former Chief Judge of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California.
