Mei leads Brunswick Creative’s Investor Communications and Reporting offer.
She advises listed companies across the UK and Europe on crafting clear, impactful investor communications and reporting, with a focus on corporate governance, corporate reporting, and ESG regulation and best practice. Known for her ability to bring clarity to complexity, Mei has worked with clients including Aviva, Marks & Spencer, Halma, and Rathbones.
A Chartered Accountant with 25 years of experience, Mei began her career in forensic accounting before joining the Financial Reporting Council (FRC) in 2012 as a Project Director, where she led several high-profile regulatory initiatives.
Mei is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and serves on the ICAEW’s Corporate Reporting Faculty Board. She is also a member of the FRC’s Advisory Panel, supporting the regulator’s standard-setting and compliance work as a corporate reporting expert.
