Meaghan Ramsey
Managing Partner

Meaghan advises senior leaders on building reputation and impact in a fast-moving, high-stakes, multi-issue world – especially where societal license to operate is under threat.
Formerly Group Chief People Officer and UK Managing Partner, she joined Brunswick in 2016 as a Partner in our Sustainable Business Practice.
Meaghan draws on her extensive experience in different fields, including critical corporate issues, leadership, marketing and advertising, activism and public health and behaviour change campaigns. She advises business leaders across the world on issues from human rights to access to healthcare, climate change to financial inclusion, nutrition, food security and education. She regularly speaks on the role businesses play in creating a sustainable future, and is often a bridge between business and academia and civil society.
Prior to joining Brunswick, Meaghan led the global social impact work for some of Unilever’s largest brands, latterly Dove where she was responsible for strategy, mass-media campaigns and advocacy. Her TED Talk and speech at the UN’s 59th Commission on the Status of Women helped highlight the importance of her work. She was a commissioned officer in the Australian Army between 2000 and 2003.
