Max advises clients on corporate strategy, investor engagement, and reputation management. He supports companies through complex challenges including strategy resets, energy transition and climate disclosure, activism, and cross-border M&A.
He works with clients across Southeast Asia, Japan, Australia, the Middle East, and the UK.
Prior to joining Brunswick in 2021, Max was a Corporate Strategy Principal at Wood Mackenzie, where he spent over a decade advising global oil & gas and renewable energy companies. His work focused on industry intelligence, competitor benchmarking, and energy transition strategies, with a specialism in national energy companies.
Max holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Edinburgh and speaks fluent English, Ukrainian, and Russian.
