Mattias has vast experience from working with policy processes, public affairs, industrial transformation, communications, PR and geopolitical developments.
He joined Brunswick from the position as Head of Public Affairs at Volvo Car Group, and served as PA Director for Swedish hygiene company Essity prior to that.
Mattias worked in Sweden’s Government Offices 2009-2014 for two Ministers, first as Press Secretary and then Chief of Staff.
He also worked for the UN system as Communications Specialist in New York and Nairobi. Between 1999-2001, he lived in Brussels and worked as a Political Advisor to an MEP at the European Parliament.
