Lutz focuses on strategic communication of capital market transactions and challenges related to investor engagement.
He has advised on a number of large M&A and complex capital market projects, like the first financial restructuring of a listed company in the context of a StaRUG procedure and advising a buyer in the context of the takeover of a German DAX company. He is a member of the firm’s Investor Engagement Group, and also has a focus on the chemicals sector.
Lutz has been active in the capital market environment for almost 30 years. Initially, as Head of Equity Research, he advised German and European companies, primarily in the chemicals sector, for banks in Frankfurt, Munich and London in continuous coverage and in IPOs, M&A and spin-offs. Prior to joining Brunswick, as Head of Investor Relations of the German K+S AG.
He obtained his academic degree in business administration from the University of Passau, Germany.
