Liza is a seasoned communications expert with nearly 15 years of experience in the cultural sector.

With a strong background in media relations and strategic communications, she advises clients on a range of initiatives and critical issues including leadership profile-raising, narrative development, stakeholder engagement, crisis management, and global partnerships and expansions.  

During her time at Brunswick, she has supported international cultural institutions, non-profits, foundations, and luxury brands including Pivotal Ventures, Bloomberg Philanthropies, the Recording Academy, New York City Ballet, museums within the Smithsonian Institution, the Guggenheim Museum, Brooklyn Museum, and Audemars Piguet. Liza also spent a year working in Brunswick’s Abu Dhabi and Dubai offices where she advised some of the region’s most significant cultural and tourism organizations including Louvre Abu Dhabi and the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi. Her work included spearheading communications strategies for the closure and re-opening of the emirates’ cultural sites during the height of the Covid-19 pandemic.    

Prior to joining Brunswick, Liza was a Senior Account Executive at the arts and culture agency FITZ & CO where she helped run communications for Art Basel, the world’s premier art fair, and traveled internationally for museum and gallery clients across Asia, Latin America, and Europe. She started her career as a Publicist for Penguin Random House, working on book tours, media campaigns, and marketing for authors including former Vice President Al Gore. Liza graduated from Barnard College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Art History.
