Lana Serebryana

Lana is a Director in Brunswick’s Financial Practice and the firm’s global Consumer Industries Group.

She specialises in IPOs and complex cross-border transactions, and has extensive experience advising leading brands and conglomerates in the international luxury sector across fashion, jewellery & watches, beauty and e-commerce.

She has worked in London, New York and the Middle East, advising some of the firm’s largest and highest-profile global clients in Europe, the U.S. and Asia on reputation-defining moments, M&As and IPOs, crisis and reputation management, corporate and financial communications and media relations.

She holds a BA in English and Business Administration from Humboldt University Berlin and an MA in Arts and Cultural Management from King’s College London.
