Karan leads the research practice for Brunswick in India, and advises clients on regulatory and public policy issues, public affairs, mergers and acquisitions, and investor relations.
With a deep expertise in the capital markets and technology sectors, Karan delivers comprehensive research, analysis, and fact-based insights that form the foundation of Brunswick’s strategic communications advice.
Before joining Brunswick, Karan was with Unitedlex, a prominent IP and legal services consultancy, where he played a key role in monetizing the intellectual property portfolios of top private equity and technology firms.
Earlier in his career, Karan also held a research role at Thomson Reuters. Karan holds a post-graduate degree in management facilitated by the London School of Economics and a bachelor’s degree in technology from Jaypee University of Information Technology in India.
