Julia is a Director in Brunswick’s Regulatory and Public Affairs Practice. She leads the firm’s Technology, Media and Telecoms sector group in Germany.
Julia helps clients navigate the strategic, regulatory and reputational implications of a rapidly evolving technology landscape. Her work spans technological transformation, including around AI, competitiveness and digital sovereignty, with a particular focus on the interplay between policy developments in the US, EU and Germany.
Julia advises leading global companies and fast-growing start-ups when political and regulatory developments create strategic choices for their business and reputation. Her work ranges from international public affairs campaigns to corporate and executive positioning across sectors. She helps clients anticipate change, shape their positioning and engage effectively with critical stakeholders.
Prior to joining Brunswick, Julia worked on digital policy and transatlantic regulatory issues in Washington, DC, and on EU public affairs in Brussels. She holds a Master’s degree from Georgetown University.
