Jérôme Biscay

Jerome advises clients on a broad range of critical communication issues, with a special focus on reputation management, major crises, M&A and shareholder activism.

Jerome headed Brunswick’s Paris office for four years until 2018, developing the office’s offer and leadership on the French market. He has worked on high profile and sensitive situations, including a number of cross border transactions, with a particular emphasis on financial regulation and governance issues.

Prior to joining Brunswick, Jérôme worked for Compagnie Bancaire (Group Paribas) as Head of securitization and then joined Bear Stearns in the Structured Finance group. He was then vice-President at Bankers Trust before joining Deutsche Bank, advising on a variety of M&A, rating advisory and corporate debt transactions.

Jérôme speaks fluent French, English, Spanish and has a working knowledge of Italian.

He graduated from Mines ParisTech, a leading Engineering Grande Ecole.
