Jane is Global Co-Lead of Brunswick Foundry, a new model redefining integrated creative campaigns and brand transformation. She advises CEOs and leadership teams on campaigns that move markets, shape reputation, and elevate how organizations are seen, trusted, and valued.

Before joining Brunswick in 2020, Jane served as Chief Marketing Officer of Grey, driving one of the most awarded and culturally influential eras in the agency’s history, including its first ever Grand Prix at Cannes, multiple Gold Lions, and numerous Effie Awards. Under Jane’s leadership, Grey was named Ad Age’s “Agency of the Year” and Adweek’s “Global Agency of the Year” in consecutive years. She also led a portfolio of iconic global brands including Disney, Nestlé, Best Buy, HSBC, Hasbro, TJX, Walgreens, and Darden.

Previously, Jane served as Chief Marketing Officer for Mayor Michael Bloomberg and the City of New York, overseeing the team whose brand strategy helped position New York City as the world’s #1 destination for the first time in more than two decades, driving tourism, investment, economic growth, and job creation at scale.

Jane sits on the Advisory Council of IE New York College (IENYC), the New York affiliate of IE University, and is a frequent university guest lecturer on the power of creativity in business.
