Hollie Voyce
Director
Hollie is a Director at Brunswick, advising senior leaders on leadership, transformation and reputation, with particular expertise in stakeholder management and executive transitions.
She brings extensive experience across financial services and government, supporting executives in complex, high-stakes environments. Most recently, Hollie led the CEO, CFO and Chairman’s Office at NatWest Group, one of the UK’s largest banks, where she oversaw executive strategy and major organizational initiatives, including the transition to a new CEO and Chairman. She worked closely with regulators, government and industry partners, and previously led the retail bank’s customer vulnerability strategy as well as its public affairs function.
Prior to her career in financial services, Hollie served in the UK Government as a senior advisor to the former Deputy Prime Minister, alongside several roles in the UK Parliament. This experience gives her a deep understanding of policy, political dynamics and stakeholder engagement at the highest levels.
Hollie holds a BA (Hons) from the University of Nottingham.
