Hedda advises private and listed companies on corporate communication, investor relations, strategic issues and M&A. She specializes in the tech, media, and telecoms (TMT) sector and is a core member of the European TMT sector team. Hedda's clients span various industries and stages, from multinational corporations to startups and scaleups.
She has extensive experience in domestic and international financial and corporate communication mandates. Her expertise includes financial communication, M&A, IPOs, crisis management, stakeholder engagement, and corporate positioning. Hedda’s strength lies in her deep understanding and passion for anticipating and assessing the needs of key stakeholders, particularly in capital markets transactions, helping clients navigate the financial, political, social, and media landscapes.
Hedda joined Brunswick’s Stockholm office in 2022. She has previous experience in strategic communication, investor relations, and public affairs, both as an adviser and in-house. Hedda holds a BSc in Political Science and Economics and an MSc in Political Science from Stockholm University.
