Harry has been active in the New York financial and Washington public policy communities for his entire career.
His distinctive expertise is helping organizations develop strategies to enhance and protect their reputations and successfully manage complex policy issues, strategic transactions and crises.
He was Counselor to Amb. Robert Zoellick and the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative from 2002-2004. He advised USTR on political and strategic communications issues and on alliance building with the U.S, business, trade association and NGO communities.
Harry was also managing partner of Clark & Weinstock, a strategic and crisis communications firm he founded and built in the late 1980s and 1990s. The firm was purchased by Omnicom Group (NYSE: OMC). He served in the Reagan Administration and on Capitol Hill with Congressman Jack Kemp (R-NY) and Senator Bill Brock (R-TN). He serves on the board and audit committees of the Sound Shore Fund, a large cap, long only equity mutual fund. He has served on the board of directors of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and the Chamber Foundation, the board of the U.S. Ski and Snowboard Team Foundation and the boards and executive committees of the Greenwich Library and Greenwich Academy.
