Guillermo Segura

Guillermo is a Director based in Brunswick’s Madrid office. He specializes in financial communications, advising clients on corporate transactions and special situations such as IPOs, M&A and restructurings. He also has extensive experience in public affairs and media relations.

Before joining Brunswick in 2024, he worked at consultancies including LLYC, FTI Consulting and Kreab, and spent two years as Press Officer at ITP Aero. He holds a degree in Audiovisual Communication from the Autonomous University of Barcelona and an MA in Communication from the University of Westminster.
