Daphna Le Gall

Daphna advises clients across sectors on critical financial and investor-related situations, with a focus on complex, high-stakes environments. She brings deep experience in shaping investor messaging, managing proxy and transaction processes, and navigating sophisticated shareholder dynamics.

Prior to joining Brunswick, Daphna was a Vice President in Shareholder Advisory at PJT Partners, where she counseled public company boards and management teams on investor communications in complex situations involving shareholder activism and significant governance matters.

Earlier in her career, she spent several years at Goldman Sachs in corporate governance and M&A roles, supporting the firm’s Board of Directors and senior leadership and advising on transaction-related best practices.

Daphna holds a degree in Politics from Princeton University.
