Daniel Mintz

Daniel provides counsel to clients on litigation, crisis, and complex public and regulatory affairs matters, with a particular focus on financial institutions. He supports clients facing high-stakes reputational and legal challenges, helping them engage effectively with regulators, policymakers, investors, and other key stakeholders.
He brings more than a decade of experience in strategic communications and public affairs. Prior to joining Brunswick, Daniel held corporate communications roles at Lord, Abbett & Co. and BNY Mellon, supporting executive and enterprise communications related to business strategy, regulatory developments, and market-sensitive issues. Earlier, he advised financial services clients at Finsbury Glover Hering (now FGS Global) on corporate reputation, public affairs, and crisis management.
Daniel began his career in public service and politics, serving as Communications Advisor and Speechwriter to U.S. Senator Jeff Flake and previously working as a political consultant advising U.S. Senate, House, and gubernatorial campaigns.
He holds a BA in Political Science with a concentration in Public Policy from The George Washington University and an MSc in Management from The London School of Economics.
