Courtney Chiang Dorman

Courtney works with organizations, boards, and leadership teams on their most critical and consequential issues, including strategy, reputation, executive communications, transactions, leadership transitions, and crisis management. She has extensive experience advising professional services organizations, technology companies, higher education institutions, and healthcare organizations through periods of transformation, growth, and heightened scrutiny.

Drawing on nearly two decades operating inside a leading professional services organization, Courtney brings a distinctive understanding of partnership-led businesses and the interconnected dynamics of strategy, culture, talent, client relationships, reputation, and internal alignment. She understands firsthand the pressures facing leaders and helps clients navigate complex decisions, align around a path forward, and build confidence among the stakeholders who matter most.

As Managing Partner of the Americas, Courtney helps drive Brunswick’s global strategy and key priorities across the region, including growth, business planning, financial performance, and talent development. Previously, she served as the firm’s Chief Business Officer, responsible for the strategic development and management of Brunswick’s sectors and offers globally.

Prior to Brunswick, Courtney spent nearly 17 years at Wilson Sonsini, one of the world’s leading technology and life sciences law firms, most recently as global Chief Operating Officer. She worked closely with the firm’s executive leadership on its most important strategic, cultural, operational, and growth priorities and led its operational and people functions globally. She also served as firm spokesperson, leading internal, external, and crisis communications.
