Christophe specializes in financial communications, advising companies and their leadership teams on investor engagement, mergers and acquisitions, shareholder activism, governance matters and crisis situations with significant market and reputational implications.
He regularly supports clients in high-stakes transactions and cross-border situations, helping them navigate complex shareholder dynamics and heightened market and media scrutiny.
He began his career at Bain & Company, working on strategy and transformation projects across multiple industries. He joined Brunswick in 2014 and, between 2018 and 2020, worked at Bpifrance, the French sovereign wealth fund.
He holds a Master of Science in Management from ESSEC Business School (Paris, France).
