Charlie Foreman

Charlie is a Senior Advisor in the Global Financial Practice.

With four decades of experience across capital markets, corporate finance and strategic advisory, Charlie supports the Financial Practice as well as clients across all sectors to offer strategic advice, drive new business and support innovation.

Before working with Brunswick, Charlie was CFO at the Ellison Institute for Technology in Oxford and previously a Senior Advisor at Lazard, having joined as a Managing Director in December 2009. During his time there Charlie was responsible for European Capital Markets Advisory and leading many of Europe’s largest IPOs. Prior to Lazard, Charlie was a Managing Director at Deutsche Bank, where he was Head of UK Corporate Broking and a Senior Corporate Finance Advisor.

Charlie is a Trustee and Deputy Chairman of the Institute of Cancer Research, a Non-Executive Director on the Board of Gulf Airlines Group, a Senior Advisor to Ocean Wall, on the board of the Babraham Research Campus and is on the Advisory Board of the Venture Capital Fellowship at Imperial.
