Catherine advises clients on complex regulatory, policy, and public affairs challenges in China, particularly those involving market access, stakeholder engagement, and heightened regulatory scrutiny.
Prior to joining Brunswick, Catherine was Senior Manager of Public Policy at Amazon Web Services, where she led engagement with government stakeholders and industry associations on key regulatory and policy issues. Before that, she spent over a decade at Microsoft in a variety of government affairs roles, working across a broad range of policy areas and building strong relationships with central government stakeholders.
Her experience spans regulatory advocacy, crisis management, and stakeholder engagement. She has worked closely with in-house legal, compliance, and business teams, as well as senior leadership, to support the delivery of strategic business objectives in complex regulatory environments.
Catherine brings a strong combination of deep government relationships, sound policy judgement, and practical experience navigating China’s evolving regulatory landscape.
