Cathy is a Director in Brunswick’s Litigation team and the firm’s cross-practice Crisis Group, based in London.
Cathy specialises in giving strategic advice to clients on reputation issues relating to litigation, other legal matters, and crisis situations. She has advised on the stakeholder and media strategies for multiple high-value contentious legal situations; and has experience working for clients in range of sectors and in multiple jurisdictions.
Cathy also supports professional services clients, in particular, with their corporate communications. Recent work includes supporting clients in relation to commercial litigation, workplace conduct situations, issues preparedness and cybersecurity matters.
Before Brunswick, Cathy worked at boutique communications firms, focusing on the legal sector. Cathy began her career working in the third-sector, focusing on education and heritage, including at the Ashmolean Museum in Oxford. Cathy attended the University of Oxford, where she received a BA in English Language and Literature.
