Catherine works across Brunswick’s litigation, crisis and financial practices, specialising in high-stakes disputes and complex corporate, regulatory and financial investigations.
An England and Wales and EU qualified barrister, she brings over 15 years’ experience in contentious and regulatory matters to her role. Before joining Brunswick, Catherine was legal counsel at the Financial Conduct Authority.
Catherine advises boards and senior executives on litigation, corporate and criminal investigations, employment and whistleblower disputes, and other matters involving significant legal, regulatory and reputational risk. She established the firm’s Litigation practice in APAC, which she leads from her base in Singapore.
