Amy Ennesser

Amy Ennesser is President ＆ Co-Head of the Merchant Bank at BDT & MSD Partners, and serves on the firm’s Flagship Investment Committee and Real Estate Investment Committee.
She is responsible for providing leadership across the firm’s merchant banking activities including fundraising, network development, investor relations and syndication of investment opportunities. In addition, Amy continues to execute select investment and advisory projects for the firm.
Prior to joining BDT & MSD, Amy was a Vice President in Investment Banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch focused on mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions in the Consumer sector. Amy serves on the Board of Brunswick Group and serves on the Advisory Board for Pendulum Holdings, a strategic investment and advisory platform for founders and leaders of color.
Amy previously served as a director of Tory Burch and The Row. Amy received a BS in Finance from the University of Illinois and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
