With 16+ years of experience across high-growth tech companies in various sectors and growth stages, Allie specializes in translating complex innovations into compelling narratives and helping high-growth companies navigate periods of rapid scaling, market volatility, and pre-IPO preparation. Prior to Brunswick, Allie served as Senior Director of Corporate and Policy Communications at Deel, and held senior positions at Reddit, OpenSea, and Cameo during critical growth phases. At GrubHub, she built data-driven communications programs that established market credibility ahead of the company’s IPO.
Allie began her career at leading agencies including Edelman and Burson before transitioning to in-house roles. She holds a Communications degree from Wake Forest University.
