Alice Garrett
Director
Alice is a core member of Brunswick’s Consumer Industries Group (CIG), where she provides strategic counsel and support to global consumer brands and their senior leaders during high‑stakes, reputation‑defining moments.
Her work spans a range of areas, including crisis and issues management, corporate and leadership positioning, media relations, financial situations, and employee engagement.
From 2023 to 2025, Alice also served as Chief of Staff to Brunswick’s CEO of the Americas. In that role, she worked closely with regional leadership to develop and implement the firm’s priorities in the Americas.
Alice joined Brunswick in 2021 from BNY Mellon, where she was a Vice President in the Corporate Communications team. During her tenure, she served as a strategic and tactical communications partner to the firm’s largest business, Asset Servicing, advising on media strategy, executive positioning, and internal communications. Alice transitioned to BNY Mellon’s New York headquarters in 2019 from London, where she held a similar role focused on the EMEA region.
Having lived in six countries across three continents, Alice brings a global perspective to her work. She holds dual British and French citizenship and speaks English and French fluently.
