Alexandre Holroyd is a former elected official with extensive experience spanning public policy, finance, governance, European and international affairs.

He served as a Member of the French National Assembly (2017–2024), during which time he worked on the attractiveness of the French financial sector and the annual State Budget legislation and authored numerous reports on European financial integration.

He has also served as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Groupe Caisse des Dépôts, France’s main public financial institution.

Since withdrawing from public office, Alexandre has provided advisory services to financial institutions focusing on European sovereign debt markets and on market entry into France. He is a Senior Advisor to Oaktree Capital’s global opportunities fund and sits on the board of a leading European infrastructure provider.

A dual Franco British citizen, he grew up and studied between the UK and France, graduating from the London School of Economics, King’s College London and Sciences Po Paris.
