Alex Yankus
Partner, Financial Institutions Group Global Lead, Global Co-Head of Private Capital
Alex leads the firm’s global Financial Institutions Group and has been counseling leading private investment firms and publicly traded financial institutions on a diverse range of critical business issues for two decades.
He has advised banks, asset managers, private markets firms, hedge funds and real estate investment trusts on corporate reputation matters and financial communications related to M&A transactions, special situations, leadership transitions, capital raises, litigation and crises. Alex has particular expertise in private markets and co-leads Brunswick’s global Private Capital group.
Prior to joining Brunswick in 2013, Alex advised financial sector clients at a strategic communications agency and worked at two global law firms, Clifford Chance and Clyde & Co.
He holds a B.A. in Government and Law from Lafayette College.
