Adrian Andrews

Adrian advises clients on complex situations, including periods of crisis, transformation and heightened stakeholder scrutiny.
Prior to joining Brunswick, he led change management and communications programs within EY’s People Consulting practice, supporting financial services clients across Asia-Pacific. His work included large-scale workforce and operating model transformations, acquisition integration planning, enterprise-wide risk and policy alignment, and the implementation of employee-facing technology systems. Previously Adrian held regional communications and strategy roles at EY, supporting leadership teams across more than 20 markets.
Earlier in his career, Adrian served in the Australian Government, including as Head of Digital Media for the Office of the Premier of Queensland and Minister for Trade, and advising the Honourable Kevin Rudd in his roles as Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of Australia.
Adrian holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Advanced French from the University of Queensland.
