Omar has over 13 years of cross-border experience in the financial services, financial advisory and asset management sectors, having worked at both Barclays and Hamilton Lane in London, where he served both institutional and private wealth management clients across their multi asset class portfolios, before joining the investor relationship management team at Investcorp in Bahrain.

Most recently, Omar was at SHUAA Capital where he was responsible for driving all aspects of the firm’s investor relations activities and outreach, following its merger with Abu Dhabi Financial Group, which created one of the largest listed asset managers in the GCC region

Based in Abu Dhabi and a member of Brunswick’s financial situations and capital markets practice, Omar specializes in financial communications, advising clients on corporate positioning, investor relations, financial reporting and disclosure requirements, as well as financial and capital market transactions.

Omar holds a BSc Hons in International Management and French from the University of Bath, United Kingdom.
