He advises clients from a wide range of sectors with a focus on Technology Media & Telecom and Industrials. His work has included a number of high-profile projects such as the acquisition of SUEZ by Veolia, the listing of Believe or the business transformation of Korian.
Nicolas started his career at J.P. Morgan’s Investment Bank as a Credit Analyst in London, covering the TMT sector. He then gained further business experience at OC&C Strategy Consultants where he advised clients on new business proposals, strategic development plans and transformation programmes.
Nicolas holds an MsC in Corporate Finance from Paris Dauphine University and an M.B.A from INSEAD. He is fluent in English and French (mother tongue).
