Nicolas joined Brunswick in 2017 where he advises clients on a wide range of critical issues with a focus on Capital Markets, Crisis and Corporate Reputation.
With a focus on the Technology Media & Telecom sector, his work has included a number of high-profile M&A transactions and public listings. He has also advised senior management teams and boards on several sensitive shareholder activism situations.
Nicolas started his career at J.P. Morgan’s Investment Bank in London. He then gained further business experience in management consulting where he advised clients on new business proposals, strategic development plans and transformation programmes. He is a graduate of Paris Dauphine University (Master 225) and INSEAD (MBA).
