Natasha has worked at the nexus of business, government and social impact for over 15 years, and brings this multi-disciplinary perspective to her clients. She specialises in advising companies across all sectors on how to create financial and social value in complex stakeholder environments.

Natasha has worked with global businesses and investors across the FTSE 100, UK government and social impact start-ups throughout her career, helping them to be a force for good through strategic communications, programmes and partnerships.

Her time in government includes being one of the first senior appointments to the Office for Investment, a joint No 10 and Department for International Trade team that seeks to secure transformative green investments into the UK. She also helped to conceive and led a joint DIT-Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office team to cultivate inward investment and philanthropy from family businesses from over 20 countries.

She started her career in Tesco plc, holding various roles in Corporate Affairs. More recently, she was Director of Partnerships and PR at The Conduit, a 3,500-strong community of changemakers, where she led corporate partnerships to shape companies' ESG strategies.

She sits on the Advisory Board of the Women of the Future Programme, a global initiative that identifies and celebrates young female talent and The Pathway Fund, a new vehicle to increase investment in the racial justice sector, and is fluent in Italian.
