Monica joined Brunswick after serving as a Principal at sr4 Partners specializing in business and culture transformation, strategy execution and leadership development. During her time at sr4 Partners, Monica built and deployed a framework to help organizations embed cultures that enable increased engagement and better business performance.
Prior to joining sr4, Monica was the director of investor relations at W.W. Grainger, Inc. (NYSE: GWW) where she served as an external spokesperson to the investment community. Before joining Grainger, she was an assistant vice president at Alpha IR Group where she provided investor relations and crises communications support to the C-suite of small-cap companies.
