Monica is a trusted advisor to Board and C-Suite executives during moments of change and transformation.
She advises clients across sectors on employee engagement activities, change communications, investor relations and corporate reputation. Monica leads Brunswick’s U.S. employee engagement practice and is a member of the investor relations practice. Clients at Brunswick have included Bath & Body Works, Kellanova, Mars, Nike, Target, and WK Kellogg Co.
Monica joined Brunswick after serving as a Principal at sr4 Partners specializing in business and culture transformation, strategy execution and leadership development. Prior to that, Monica was the director of investor relations at Grainger where she served as an external spokesperson to the investment community.
She holds an M.B.A. and B.B.A. from Loyola University Chicago and is a certified Prosci change management practitioner.
