Prior to moving to the U.S. at the start of 2018, Matt spent four years in Brunswick’s London office where he worked on a number of high-profile transactions, including Pfizer’s bid for AstraZeneca, AB InBev’s acquisition of SABMiller, AkzoNobel’s defense against PPG, and Nokia’s merger with Alcatel-Lucent. Matt’s other Brunswick clients have included McDonald’s, Harley-Davidson, Burberry, Inditex, and BNSF.
Matt joined Brunswick after completing an MSc in International Business at Leeds University Business School, for which he was awarded a Distinction. He also has a First Class Joint Honors degree in French and Spanish from the University of Newcastle.
