Matt has more than a decade of experience advising clients in various sectors on a range of high-stakes corporate reputation and financial communications issues.
Matt’s clients at Brunswick have included Albertsons Cos., Burberry, Harley-Davidson, Inditex, The Kellogg Company/Kellanova, McDonald’s, Molson Coors, and Walgreens Boots Alliance. Representative highlights include advising Albertsons Cos. in its proposed $24 billion merger with Kroger, Pfizer’s proposed $100 billion bid for AstraZeneca, AB InBev’s $107 billion acquisition of SABMiller, and Nokia’s $17 billion merger with Alcatel-Lucent.
Matt joined Brunswick after completing an MSc in International Business at Leeds University Business School, for which he was awarded a Distinction. He also has a First Class Joint Honors degree in French and Spanish from the University of Newcastle.
