He has worked on major Abu Dhabi transactions in the banking sector, as well as advising major UAE corporates on financial communication, restructuring and critical issues.
Mahmoud joined Brunswick from Weber Shandwick where he was a senior editor and was previously a journalist in the Middle East with Bloomberg News and the National newspaper in Abu Dhabi.
