He has been active in the capital market environment for more than 25 years. Initially, as Head of Equity Research, he advised German and European companies, primarily in the chemicals sector, for banks in Frankfurt, Munich and London in continuous coverage and in IPOs, M&A and spin-offs. Prior to joining Brunswick, as Head of Investor Relations of the German K+S AG, he was responsible for capital market communications in times of great strategic challenges for the company. He obtained his academic degree in business administration from the University of Passau.
