Kylen is a Director in Brunswick’s New York office. Drawing on her background in finance and policy, she advises clients on reputation management, leadership positioning, and corporate governance.

A core member of Brunswick’s Financial Institutions Group, Kylen’s clients have included BlackRock, L Catterton Asia, Morgan Stanley, and U.S. Bank, as well as United Airlines, UnitedHealthcare, and Freeport McMoRan. Her experience includes supporting clients on CEO transitions, corporate and market entry strategies, crisis and regulatory issues, and ESG practices.

Having worked in both Brunswick’s Washington, D.C. and Singapore offices, Kylen has deep expertise in managing cross-border issues and transactions, including Bayer’s $66B acquisition of Monsanto, working with emerging markets, and she brings a global perspective to running multi-stakeholder campaigns.

Kylen graduated from Cornell University and has an MBA from The George Washington University. She was previously an Analyst at Goldman Sachs.
