Working across the financial, media, and consumer sectors, Kylen focuses on corporate positioning, leadership transitions, corporate affairs and financial communications counsel, alongside ongoing issues management.
She is a member of the firm’s Financial Institutions Group, and her clients have included Barclays, BlackRock, Brookfield Asset Management, L Catterton Asia, Morgan Stanley, and U.S. Bank, among others.
From 2020 to 2023, Kylen served as Chief of Staff to Brunswick’s CEO of the Americas. In this role, she worked closely with leadership to develop and implement strategic priorities, supporting a transformational period of growth. As an advisor to the CEO, she helped to build and strengthen client relationships across the firm, as well as with key external partners.
Kylen was previously a member of Brunswick’s Washington D.C. and Singapore offices, where she counseled financial clients on navigating the complexities of those markets. She is a Cornell University graduate and has an MBA from The George Washington University. She previously worked at Goldman Sachs.
