Kate joined Brunswick in 2000 from investment bank Kleinwort Benson where she worked on M&A and capital market transactions. She worked in Brunswick’s London office where she headed up the global property and professional services sector teams before opening our Singapore office in August 2013. Kate relocated from Singapore to Hong Kong in 2019 as Head of Hong Kong and has recently returned to the UK to focus on major European clients with interests in Asia Pacific.
Kate began her career as a member of the British diplomatic service after graduating from Oxford University with a First Class degree in Physics.
Shareholder activism is on the rise and Asia is emerging as a growing focus. Asian family-owned and founder-led businesses as well as the region’s many diversified conglomerates, in particular, should expect increased scrutiny.
